No. 1 ranked Casey Clinger led a Caveman sweep at the Nike Cross Nationals Southwest Regional, as McKay Johns and Patrick Parker placed 2-3 behind the defending NXN champion. The trio's efforts catapulted No. 1 ranked American Fork to the top of the podium with just 121 points.
