Thus, Robert was pleasantly surprised when he came upon the Prado Cocktail in Jones Complete Bar Guide. With a hint of maraschino liqueur and the use of egg white, this cocktail is sure to become one of your favorites and hopefully, a classic. Watch on Small Screen: http://www.smallscreennetwork.com/video/488/cocktail_spirit_prado/ Recipe: 1 1/2 oz Milagro Silver Tequila 3/4 oz Lime Juice 1/2 egg white 1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur Instructions: Shake ingredients without ice using spring of a hawthorne strainer to help add volume. Add ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and cherry.
