Coconut Mango Sago

For the Coconut Jelly\r
5 tsp gelatin \r
400 ml coconut cream or 1 2/3 cup \r
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar or according to your taste\r
optional (2 pandan leaves or 1 tsp vanilla)\r
1 cup water \r
1 cup sago\r
3-5 cups of water \r
