Educational Content: This song talks about the difference between questions & statements. (Questions ask something, while statements tell something. When asking a question, you have to wait for someone to answer you. Questions end with a question mark.) The rest of the song focuses on asking questions that start with the following words: who, what, where, when, how, and why. I think the bulk of this song works best if you specifically pick a student (names on sticks, etc.) to answer each individual question so you dont have the entire class shouting out answers. \r

Q: Do you speak at conferences?\r
A: Yes! My ability to speak at teacher conferences during the school year is tight because I am currently a classroom teacher and only have a set number of personal days. However, the SUMMER time is wide-open and Id love to come to your conference and do a session/seminar! Some of the topics Ive typically spoken to teachers about include music and technology in the classroom, classroom management, running a creative morning meeting, and utilizing YouTube in the early childhood classroom.
