Jessica Biel and Au Fudge Owners Sued $430K For Allegedly Stealing Tips From Employees

Au Fudge! Jessica Biel might be using a different f-word now that her restaurant is reportedly being sued by nine current or former employees for allegedly cheating them out of an estimated $430,000 in gratuity.
According to E! Online, the actress’s Los Angeles based, family-friendly fine dining restaurant is being sued for unlawful conversion of employee gratuities, fraud and other damages.
E! News reports that Jessica and other restaurant owners are being accused of allegedly charging “hundreds of thousands of dollars in gratuities to private-party customers and converted said gratuities to themselves in order to pad their own pockets and deprive plaintiffs their just compensation in violation of law.”
To put it more simply, Jessica and company is accused of not lawfully distributing tips to her employees.
According to E!, Au Fudge made a statement saying they do not comment on litigation, but look forward to defending themselves in court.
