Brew Number 5 - Part One ‘Recipe Critique’ Amber Ale
As we approach brew #5 we thought it was time to start tweaking the recipe; so we invited Doug to come by and give us a critique of the beers we’ve brewed so far. Doug is a brewer and a Prud'homme Master Sommelier - so he was able to dissect what we’ve done, and give us tips on how to refine the recipe for our next brew.
P.s. - Yeah it’s a little out of focus… what can we say? Beer and focusing a camera don’t always mix.
