Filmmaker Michael Moore thinks Donald Trump is headed for a 2020 win.

Filmmaker Michael Moore says President Trump is headed for a 2020 win.
He recently shared his re-election prediction with Fast Company and commented, “I should say re-appointed, because we will have an even larger population that will vote against him in 2020. But he will win those electoral states as it stands now.”
Moore goes on to say that such an outcome is preventable, but it’s going to involve some work.
Among his suggestions are bringing Barack Obama voters who went with Trump back into the Democratic fold and encouraging the new, young voters to get themselves to the polls on election day.
Notably, Moore is one of the few who predicted Trump’s 2016 win.
In a May 2016 interview with Business Insider he said, “I know that they [the Trump campaign] are planning to focus on Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. That's how he can win the election. If he can get those upper kind of Midwestern-type states, then he can pull it off."
The media outlet notes that is precisely how the election was won.
Moore is currently starring in ‘The Terms of My Surrender,’ a Broadway production characterized by the New York Times as, “a scripted (but also responsive to the news) one-man (more-or-less) show.”
Prior to the play’s opening, he told the publication, “It’s a humorous play about a country that’s just elected a madman — I mean, there’s really no other way to put it.”
