Sen. Lindsey Graham said on Wednesday that President Trump has "basically drawn a red line" on North Korea.

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said on Wednesday that President Trump has "basically drawn a red line" in regards to North Korea.
In an interview with CBS This Morning, Graham also described two scenarios that would prompt a declaration of war against the nation.
They are, “if they attack Guam or some other American interest or our allies or if they try to keep developing an ICBM with a nuclear weapon on top to hit the homeland.”
Graham asserted that Trump “is not going to contain the threat, he's going to stop the threat."
The Senator’s comments follow reports that North Korea is "carefully examining" a plan to attack Guam. Also, the Washington Post reported, "North Korea has successfully produced a miniaturized nuclear warhead that can fit inside its missiles."
President Trump issued a stern warning to the reclusive Asian nation on Tuesday.
“North Korea best not make any more threats to the United States. They will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen," Trump said. "He has been very threatening beyond a normal state. And as I said, they will be met with fire, fury, and, frankly, power, the likes of which this world has never seen before.”
Trump then tweeted Wednesday morning, “My first order as President was to renovate and modernize our nuclear arsenal. It is now far stronger and more powerful than ever before. Hopefully we will never have to use this power, but there will never be a time that we are not the most powerful nation in the world!”
