In a Teen Mom 2 clip, Leah Messer gives fans a sneak peek at how she maintains her incredible body. The mother-of-three always has fans freaking out over her rock hard abs and slim legs when she shares photos on her social media accounts. The reality star showed off her moves in the gym giving fans a sneak peek at her exercise routine.
Last summer, fans were in a frenzy after she posted photos of herself in a bikini and was accused of being too skinny. She told Refinery 29 at the time, “First and foremost, there is much more to women than our bodies.” Adding, “Yet many women seem to continually judge others, not by their character, but by their bodies. There are many more important issues going on in the world today than whether or not I had enough to eat for breakfast. (Side note: I had plenty.)”
