Delhi NCR woke up to heavy rains which brought much-needed respite from summer heat but led to crippling commuting problems. Waterlogging was reported in several areas of Delhi-NCR, including South Extension, Moolchand Underpass,, IP Extension and Noida Sectors 12, 16, 18 and 52.
