US dollar hits 10-month low as Trump healthcare fails

The U.S. dollar just plummeted to a 10-month low following President Trump's failure to deliver a new healthcare bill. The dollar index fell to 94.75, an 8 percent decrease from it's peak of over 103 for the last 14 years. Republican senators Jerry Moran and Mike Lee declared their opposition to a revision of the Republican health care bill Monday. President Trump urged to repeal Obamacare, allowing Republicans to build a new bill from the ground up.
