Ventura County Air Unit Rescues Hiker From Simi Valley Trail

A hiker was rescued from the White Face Trail in Simi Valley, California, on Sunday, July 9. The Ventura County Air Unit, a division of the sheriff’s office, shared these videos detailing the rescue.A deputy was lowered by helicopter to the trail, then assisted in hoisting the hiker to the helicopter.
