A deer had a lucky escape on May 5 after a man rescued it by jumping into a lake in Montgomery County, Texas, KHOU reported.The Montgomery County Precinct One Constable’s Office shared this footage of the rescue, at Lake Conroe on Sunday afternoon. It shows a man, identified in local reports as Patrick, a homeowner living nearby, bringing the buck to safety, before a local officer pulls it onto the dock.
