Storms left thousands without power and killed at least one person in Michigan in the early hours of Friday, July 7. A man died when a tree fell on his home in Grand Haven, according to a news report.Grand Haven was one of the hardest-hit areas with wind gusts approaching 100 miles per hour during the storm. The storm knocked down trees and power lines and damaged homes.
