At least 13 children dead, 1 missing, 12 hospitalized after 3 boats caught in storm in NW Russia

At least 13 children have died and one has gone missing after three tourist vessels were caught in a lake storm in Karelia, northwest Russia. Forty-seven children and four adults were in the boats. The drowned children are from Moscow, Mayor Sergey Sobyanin confirmed, expressing condolences to their families and friends. Moscow authorities have sent rescuers, doctors, psychologists and psychologists to the scene.
