P90X Legs, Back and Abs Results - Day 19

The back and ab workouts went well, but the legs portion continues to give me problems. I'm wondering if doing yoga and legs on back to back days is causing some of the trouble.

As far as Ab Ripper X goes, I'm seeing massive improvements since I started it on day one. I'm hoping that by sometime next week I'll be able to work all the way through the DVD without taking any extra breaks.

Nutrition-wise, not much to report today. I'm still on track and sticking with the program.

Tomorrow is Kenpo X followed by a much needed rest day. I'll be posting my week 3 progress report with measurements and photos then, so stay tuned...
