P90X Legs, Back and Abs Workout Results - Day 5

http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - I completed the day 5 workout of P90X today. Today's routine focused on legs, back and abs. Overall, today went very well athough I did have some trouble with a few legs exercises, specifically the single leg wall squat. Ab Ripper X went much better today and I'm already seeing improvements in that area.

The fan that I bought yesterday really came in handy and helped to keep me cool. I noticed that I was able to last longer between breaks with it on.
