Bijou Phillips Suffering from Kidney Disease

E! News reports actress Bijou Phillips has been hospitalized. Phillips has been silently suffering from kidney disease for several years and was taken to the hospital Thursday as she continues to deal with it. Sources say she has been on the kidney transplant list and just recently found a donor. Her husband said, "In an effort to heal her body, she has led a stress free life with a vegan diet which eventually wasn't enough." He added that she's been having weekly dialysis treatments. Fortunately, Bijou found out one of her friends was a match and she hopes to be receiving a transplanted kidney soon.
