LeBron James: 'Being black in America is — it's tough'

LeBron James' Los Angeles home was vandalized on Wednesday with a racial slur sprayed across its front gate. James spoke publicly on the incident later in the day during the NBA Finals press conference. "I mean, as I sit here on the eve of one of the greatest sporting events that we have in sports, race and what's going on comes again and on my behalf and on my family's behalf, "...it just goes to show that racism will always be a part of the world, a part of America. And, you know, hate in America, especially for African-Americans, is living every day. " The four-time MVP went on to mention Emmitt Till and his mother's decision to have an open casket funeral, as well as saying what being black is like on day-to-day basis.
