മഹാത്മാ ഗാന്ധിയെ വധിക്കാനായി ഗോഡ്‌സേ നിറയൊഴിച്ചത് മൂന്ന് വെടിയുണ്ടകളായിരുന്നു പൊലീസ് പറയുന്നത്. എന്നാല്‍ നാലാമതൊരു വെടിയുണ്ട കൂടി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെന്നാണ് പുതിയ സംശയം. അപ്പോള്‍ ഗോഡ്‌സെയെ കൂടാതെ മറ്റൊരു കൊലയാളി കൂടി ഗാന്ധി വധത്തില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. സുപ്രീം കോടതിയില്‍ ഗവേഷകനും അഭിനവ് ഭാരതിന്റെ ട്രസ്റ്റിയുമായ ഡോ. പങ്കജ് ഫഡ്‌നിസ് സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച പരാതിയിലാണ് ഗാന്ധി വധത്തിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പുതിയ അന്വേഷണങ്ങള്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നത്. രാഷ്ട്രപിതാവിന്റെ കൊലപാതകവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് 1966ലെ ജസ്റ്റിസ് ജെ എല്‍ കപൂര്‍ കമ്മീഷന്റെ അന്വേഷണം വധത്തിന്റെ ഗൂഢാലോചനയുടെ എല്ലാ വശങ്ങളും കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടില്ലെന്നാണ് ഡോ. പങ്കജ് പരാതിയില്‍ പറയുന്നത്.
