Rahul Gandhi, the vice president of the Congress on Wednesday told the Supreme Court that he never meant to accuse the RSS as an organisation behind the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi. The Supreme Court observed that that the statements by Rahul Gandhi are good enough to give the case a burial. The petitioner's counsel however, sought time till September 1.
