Southeastern Texas was pelted with rain, hail and strong winds on Tuesday, March 23, as a severe thunderstorm passed through the region.This footage shows heavy rain in Cedar Park, which is located north of Austin, in Williamson County.Further south, trucks were overturned and buildings were damaged in Sealy, Austin County.
