Tabqa Children Describe How Islamic State Carried Out Public Executions

Locals and children in Tabqa city spoke about their lives under the control of Islamic State before the group was defeated by US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces, according to a video shared by local media on May 13.The first boy to speak in the video said that IS used to punish people and put them in cages in public.
