The Parliament Hill neighborhood in Ottawa was flooded on Wednesday, May 3, and water levels are forecasted to rise, according to reports.City officials reported at least 91 people have been evacuated from their homes, as water levels rose steadily at two centimeters per hour.This video was taken from Parliament Hill.
