Ceasefire violation: One woman dies and 2 BSF jawan injured in Jammu

A woman was killed and two Border Security Force soldiers injured in firing by Pakistan near the international border in Jammu district today. Two civilians, including a woman, were also injured in the incident that comes just two days ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Jammu. Pakistani soldiers launched the offensive with mortar shelling. Two mortar shells landed at Bhalwal Bhrath village that killed a woman and injured two other civilians. The deceased has been identified as Bholi Devi.
