The video, shot in Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province on April 28, shows firefighters and police officers rescuing the woman from the mountain using ropes and a folding chair.
According to reports, the woman became stuck on the cliff while trying trying to find water.
In order to stay alive, she was forced to eat worms and bamboo.
