Rahat Fateh Ali Khan questioned for 10 hours by ED

Pakistani Sufi singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan was questioned for close to 10 hours on Thursday by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with an alleged forex violations case against him. Officials said the Sufi singer presented himself before the authorities in the Delhi zonal office of the agency a little after 10 AM and he left before 9 PM. The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) had detained Khan and an aide at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport for allegedly carrying the foreign currency on February 13, 2011.
