The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) education wing has suggested that schools in metros should run for 12 hours, from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm as per the media reports. The RSS' response came after the Narendra Modi government invited suggestions for the new education policy. RSS has submitted its a proposal to the Human and Resource Development Ministry mentioning that it will make parents life easier.
