East Damascus Suburb Targeted by 'Over a Dozen' Air Raids

Pro-regime forces targeted the opposition-held eastern Damascus suburb of al-Qabun with over a dozen air raids, including elephant rockets and missiles, according to Syrian rebel media sources.The air raids coincided with ground operations in which forces loyal to the Assad regime attempted to push further into the eastern section of the area. Syrian rebels claimed to have captured at least two Syrian military officers, while also the killing of Syrian Arab Army Major Mohammad Jalal.
