An explosion was heard near parliament complex in Afghanistan's capital Kabul according to the Afghan media. This incident happened in the Deh Mazang area of the city near the parliament building. There were no immediate details of any damage or casualties. According to the Afghan News, a suicide bomber struck near the border police headquarter.
