Egypt is declaring a state of emergency following two fatal bombings that took place in Coptic Christian churches during a Palm Sunday mass. ISIS took responsibility for the terror attacks, which left at least 49 people dead as of Monday. Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi declared three days of nationwide mourning after the bombings, which targeted the country's Christian minority. el-Sissi noted the country will enter a state of emergency for three months.
