Police have arrested a suspected terrorist in Antwerp, Belgium on suspicion that he had plans on ramming his car through a busy shopping area. The police foiled his plot, after he ran through a red traffic light heading toward the city's main shopping street. A police spokesman confirmed that the vehicle had a French license plate and was driven at a very high speed. The attack comes only a day after a terrorist plowed his car into crowds of people, killing three people and injuring dozens.
