The architecture's equivalent of the Noble prize, the Prizker Prize, has been awarded to a trio of Catalan architects this year. Rafael Aranda, Carme Pigem, and Ramon Vilalta from RCR Arquitectes (RCR) are the recipients of the 2017 award. The trio found RCR in 1988 and they have worked on over 30 projects together.
