STEAM MINCED PORK WITH SALTED DUCK EGG

This recipe is mainly enjoyed by Asian people because
of its simplicity, easy to prepare and nice to go along
with hot steamed rice. All ingredients are easily available
In just about any countries supermarkets or food stores.
Most westerners are now becoming more aware and interested
in Asian food for healthy reason and this recipe suits everyone
just fine. Please give a try.

INGREDIENTS:

200gm minced pork
1 salted duck egg
1 teaspoon of light soya sauce
1 tablespoon of cornflour
1 shallot (chopped)
1 teaspoon of shredded ginger
1 teaspoon of chinese cooking wine

Method:
-------

Add soya sauce and shallot to minced pork
Add cornflour and mixed well.
Add the salted egg white to the minced pork.
Mix thoroughtly and then add the egg york on top
of the minced pork.

Then add on top with shredded ginger pieces.

Steam at high heat for approx. 12 minutes.

Finally garnish with some spring onion pieces on top
and serve with hot steamed rice, noodles or bread.

This recipe is quick easy and simple yet satisfying.
