North West took decorating her room into her own hands with nail polish, as mom Kim Kardashian was gone for a moment. North splattered purple nail polish all over her bedroom, covering the wall and floor. Kim said in a Snapchat video. North realized it was a mistake and helped clean up the mess by spreading long pieces of paper towel sprawled on the floor.
