Shocking footage has emerged of a plane crashing into Swan River in Perth, Australia, killing at least two people.

The video, filmed at around 5pm on Australia Day (January 26), shows the moment the light aircraft plunged into the water, as thousands of witnesses watched on in horror.

According to local reports, a male pilot and his wife were killed in the crash.
