How do you see the city of Seoul?

Is it just a gray city filled with tall high-rises?

Actually... there is a place that highlights the true colors of Seoul.

Built in 1395, Gyeongbokgung was the first Joseon palace
and is considered the essence of the royal cultural heritage.

Just like a small island hidden within a complicated city, this location can be seen as a leisurely and peaceful resting area.

The central building in Gyeongbokgung is Geunjeongjeon, which is the main throne hall where the king met with envoys and vassals as well as hold major events.

It symbolized the dignity of the Joseon dynasty.

The Gyeonghoeru Pavilion, also known as the 'Flower of Gyeongbokgung', was where festivities and banquets were held for happy occasions of the Royal family or when vassals visited the palace.

It is considered to be one of best architectural accomplishments of the Joseon dynasty.

Cherish the 600 years of Seoul history by enjoying the deep-rooted traditions of Gyeongbokgung.

Enjoy the vibrant night view of the brightly lit Gyeongbokgung in the evening as well.
