Potato wedges are always a favorite for kids and grown-ups alike; they're easy to make and great for barbecues and parties. Make a lot as they're bound to go quickly specially when accompanied with delicious and mouthwatering dip! Do try and post your comments below!

Ingredients

Potatoes
Salt
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
Coriander Leaves
Oil
500 gms Curd
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
2 tsp Tomato Sauce
2 tsp Mustard Sauce
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ Onion
½ Capsicum
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce

Method

- In a bowl mix potato, salt, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, mixed herbs, coriander leaves and oil.
- Mix them well and coat the potatoes well with the mixture.
- Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and place the wedges over it.
- Bake it at 200 degree for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Delicious Potato Wedges are ready to relish!

Dip 1

- In a bowl, mix hung curd with sugar, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce, mustard sauce, black pepper powder, finely chopped onions and capsicum along with salt to taste. Mix it well. Dip is ready.

Dip 2

- In a bowl mix mayonnaise and schezwan sauce well. Dip is ready!
