There have been reports that Donald Trump’s team has been having a difficult time booking top talent for his inauguration, but one popular performer has volunteered to participate.
Alec Baldwin said he is willing to belt out a tune if he can pick it, reports the Huffington Post.
On Friday, he tweeted, “I wanna perform at Trump's inauguration. I wanna sing HIGHWAY TO HELL.”
Though Baldwin, like the AC/DC rock classic, is beloved by many, Trump has not been among the actor’s fans.
Baldwin’s portrayal of Trump on NBC's 'Saturday Night Live' has prompted the president-elect to tweet many seemingly angry messages.
Notably, Baldwin has made some impassioned tweets of his own.
The night before extending the inauguration offer, the actor took to Twitter, calling Trump, “…the most reviled candidate in our history,” and, “A man who has projected little other than an empty braggadocio and synthetic rhetoric…”
