Typhoon kills 4 in Philippines on Christmas day

A powerful typhoon swooped over Philippines Sunday, leaving four people dead and thousands others displaced. Typhoon Nock-Ten cut power in five provinces, destroying the homes of tens of thousands of people. A farmer died after being pinned by a tree, and the three others died in Albay province due to a flash flood. The typhoon had sustained winds of up to 80 miles per hour and gusts of 133 miles per hour.
