Ever heard of the name ‘Shade Ball’? Well, it was my first time too. But this video got me hooked on from the start.
These peculiar black plastic balls are being dumped into LA reservoirs- for a good reason. These balls are being used during a severe draught in California. These balls prevent the evaporation of water from the reservoirs and also stop the harmful chemical reactions which happened due to exposure of water to direct sunlight.
But still the best thing about these balls is: they look really interesting to look at!
