A snowstorm struck southeast Michigan from Sunday through Monday, dropping up to 11 inches of snow on parts of metro Detroit and lowering the temperature to around -20 degrees Fahrenheit, according to the National Weather Service.Many schools in the area were shut on Monday and forecasters warned of snow-covered, “very hazardous” roads, Grand Rapids-based newspaper MLive reported.
This drone footage shows the snowy conditions in Walled Lake, which is around 33 miles northwest of Detroit.
