Salman Khan: 'Many others deserve the National Award more than I do'

Salman Khan has won hearts across the globe with his heart-rending performance in his latest release Bajrangi Bhaijaan and fans of the actor are so impressed with his acting in the movie that they feel that the superstar should get the National Award for his performance in the 300 crore grosser. However, Salman says that there are a lot of other people who deserve the National Award more than him and that the love of his fans is the biggest award for him. At a recent Press meet, when the actor was told that his fans want him to get a National Award for the movie, he said, "It's really sweet of them, I really appreciate what they are saying and I have been hearing a lot of this but I really feel that there are a lot of other people who deserve the National Award more than I do. People have loved the film and there really cannot be any bigger award than this." Directed by Kabir Khan, Bajrangi Bhaijaan has earned Rs. 310 crore in the domestic market till now.
