Green Party Jill Stein raises more than $2M for election recount

Green Party nominee Jill Stein met her fundraising goal for election recounts in three key swing states that went to Donald Trump. Stein raised more than $2.5 million on behalf of recounts in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. After reaching the initial goal, the sum had been increased to $4.5 million. The Green Party didn't find any evidence for fraud, nor does it need proof to demand a recount. Stein's party won only one percent of the vote in the presidential elections.
