Helmet cam footage, filmed in Hull, UK in August this year, of a scooter rider catching a woman looking at her mobile phone while driving.

The filmer later wrote online: "I was riding behind a car that was being driven strangely slow so I overtook and noticed the girl driving was reading a text."
