In the lead-up to the supermoon expected November 14, 2016, a photographer released a timelapse video of the September 28, 2015, supermoon, shot from the southern coast of Australia.The 2015 “super blood moon,” which was a total lunar eclipse, was captured by sky watchers and astronomy enthusiasts around the world. The supermoon for 2016 is expected to be the biggest and brightest in more than 60 years. Supermoons are about 30 percent larger and 30 percent brighter than conventional full moons.
