Car drives backwards on road in China

Bizarre footage has emerged from China of a car driving backwards on a motorway.
In the video, captured in Changzhi, Shanxi Province on September 7, the vehicle can be seen driving backwards at speed across a junction and also changing lanes.
It's not known why the driver decided to drive like this, or what happened to the person.
