It marked his 20th career game with 40-plus points and his first since 1/11/14 vs. New Orleans (40 points). Nowitzki, 37, became just the fourth player in NBA history to score 40-plus points at age 37-or-later, joining Michael Jordan, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Karl Malone.
