United Flight Gets Diverted Over Security Concern

A San Diego-bound United Airlines aircraft was diverted to Denver International Airport Wednesday night after a passenger reported a possibly suspicious device on the Boeing 737, the FBI reported. After the plane landed safely and the FBI and Denver Police Department they announced the item was deemed not a threat. It is unclear who owned the item, but no one is in custody nor is anyone being sought for questioning. The flight is scheduled to continue to San Diego at 11:59 p.m.
