Brazilian Coup Hits Close to Home for Many Hondurans

Hondurans have been watching the news from Brazil closely, where they see disturbing similarities between the impeachment of Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff and the 2009 coup against Manuel Zelaya. For them, the Brazilian coup is just the latest in a series of attacks on people's movements in Latin America, that started in Honduras in 2009 and continued through 2012 with the parliamentary coup against Paraguayan president Fernando Lugo.
